I have them in both homes and it works really well in both a formal and casual setting.
It does come with a remote but I had my electrician just wire it up to a switch, who can be bothered to keep track of a remote!
That is gorgeous! I've been looking for replacement fans for what we currently have on our back porch. These would be perfect.
